1. About the Service
The Service is owned and operated by Anna Closset trading as jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Poland.
“Service” means the Filling my bucket website and the digital travel guides we make available. These terms explain how you may use the Service. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
This is a pre-launch website. Purchases are not available yet. The full registered business name, postal address, applicable registration details, final product details, and sales contact information must be provided before sales open.
2. Our travel guides
Our ebooks share travel experiences, suggestions, and practical planning information. The featured Teneryfa ebook is written in Polish. A digital ebook is not a physical book, guided tour, booking service, or personalised travel service.
Travel conditions, access rules, prices, opening times, permits, transport, and route conditions can change. Check current information with official local sources and service providers before travelling. Choose activities suited to your ability and follow local safety advice.
3. Purchases and delivery
The purchase button currently opens a notice that checkout is coming soon. No payment or order is accepted through that notice.
When sales open, you will be directed to a separately hosted Creem purchase page. Review the identified seller, total price and taxes, payment terms, file formats, technical requirements, delivery method, and applicable conditions there before paying. Product and transaction details must be made clear before you place an order.
4. Withdrawal, refunds, and digital content rights
Where EU consumer rules apply, distance purchases generally include a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right may end when supply begins only where the required prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and contract confirmation have been obtained. A download alone must not be treated as blanket consent.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, is not as described, or is not supplied as agreed. Applicable remedies may include bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction, or termination and refund where legally available. Contact us about an issue through the contact form, including your order reference and a description of the problem.
5. Personal use and intellectual property
The ebook text, photographs, artwork, logo, and website content are protected by intellectual property law. Unless a product licence states otherwise, a purchase grants a non-exclusive licence for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save and read your copy on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or commercially reproduce it without permission, except where law allows.
6. Using the website and contacting us
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass its security, submit spam, or access systems without permission. Provide an email address you can access when requesting a reply. Contact submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. External websites
Links may take you to third-party websites, including checkout services and travel providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. We are responsible for our own obligations and do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of independent third-party websites.
8. Responsibility
We aim to provide useful, carefully prepared guides and a reliable website. Travel remains your own decision, and no itinerary can guarantee particular weather, access, or experiences. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts mandatory consumer protections.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your habitual residence where those protections apply. Your statutory rights concerning the courts in which a dispute may be brought are preserved.
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern. You may also seek help from your local consumer protection authority or an applicable alternative dispute resolution body.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the Service. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing purchase. For service, order, or legal questions, use the contact form.
